Registration fees will be accepted on the spot at the Conference site.

Passport / Visa
- All foreign delegates should obtain a valid visa from the Indian Embassy in their country.
- On request we would be able to send official invitation to the foreign delegate for visa or other travel purposes.
Accommodation
The Conference Organizing Committee would be happy to provide boarding and lodging to the invited participants for the day(s) of the conference. Limited accommodation is available in the University Guest House on first-come first-served basis.
- Twin sharing accomodation would be provided on complimentary basis.
- Single room accomodation charges would be borne by the participants.
Reception
On specific request our volunteers will receive the Delegates at the airport. Participants are requested to send their arrival and departure details in advance to make the reception convenient.
Weather
The best period during the spring season to visit Delhi starts from February. The bloom season of March makes Delhi colourful. This time of the year brings greenery on the face of Delhi. Generally temperature in Delhi in the month of March varies from 07 ℃ to 21 ℃.
Proposed Tour: A paid tour to Taj Mahal (Agra) and Pink City (Jaipur) on 8th & 9th of March, 2013 for the conference delegates may be organized by the conference Organising Committee.
